Mission
The Engineer – Audit and consults the manufacturing sites across Magna Electronics Asia regarding quality standards, methods and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Consult and audit manufacturing sites to comply to Magna Quality standards.Consult and audit manufacturing sites to comply to Magna Electronics internal quality tools and standards.Performs Assessments on shopfloor management in terms of quality control.Performs Assessments on process / quality control documents.Analyses the Assessment Findings for systematic improvement actions.Plans and performs relevant trainings.Accompanies the continuous improvement in process development.Who we are looking for
Education: University, Bachelor or higher.
Work Experience: >5 years’ experience in main activities or similar activities in Automotive Industry.
Language: Fluent English (speak & write).
Specialist knowledge:
Comprehensive Knowledge PFMEA, reversed PFMEA, Control Plan.Rich experience in plant quality.Knowledge of process control methods.Knowledge of advanced in Automotive Standards (e.g. IATF, APQP).Knowledge of electronics products and manufacturing processes.Methodological knowledge:
Comprehensive skills in performing shopfloor audits.Advanced skills in Quality Methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, etc.).Advanced skills in performing Reviews and Review Methods (e.g. Peer Reviews, Inspection, Walkthrough).Advanced skills in Process Development.Advanced skills in performing trainings.Personal requirements:
Good Communication skills including moderation and problem solving.Team oriented with assertiveness ability and social competencies.Planned and structured approach.Cross functional thinking.Analytical and conceptual behaviors, excellent problem-solving skills.Planning and organizational skills, strategic thinking.Computer skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office-Package.Advanced knowledge of Document Management Systems (e.g. Compliant Pro).Advanced knowledge of Version Management Tools (e.g. PTC Integrity).Advanced knowledge of Requirements Management Systems.Regulations, policies and commitments:
