**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
**Program Management**
+ Input to new product kick-off meetings.
+ Ensure on time schedule for all programs, highlighting and problem solving for any potential delays.
+ Maintain pilot results and prepare pilot checklists.
+ Maintain material status and clear-to-build reports.
+ Review and approve PPV requests within threshold for NPD, redesign, and transfer related activities.
+ Raise purchase requests for manufacturing and test tooling.
+ Work with EMS partners, engineering, supply chain, and all other team members as required.
+ Lead regular project meetings with EMS and team members to keep the team appraised on the project status and for remedial actions where necessary and appropriate.
+ Work with EMS Pricing Lead to ensure that we are receiving the best costs on new quotes from EMS partners.
+ Work with Emerson and EMS Manufacturing engineers to ensure manufacturing processes are accurately set up.
+ Collaborate with business unit program managers for tooling quotation, material status and project progress.
+ Act as the prime interface for engineering and BU program managers.
+ Handle assigned NPD results and attend product status / NPD meetings with technology.
+ Provide inputs during release to production meeting with pilot performance data.
+ Ensure engineering documentation is transferred accurately to EMS partners.
+ Additional duties as assigned or as the business requires.
**Project Status Reporting**
+ Regular reporting of project progress and outlook to all required team members.
+ Timely highlighting of project issues, roadblocks and potential delays.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Good working knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing and Supporting Processes
+ General knowledge of key distributors and brokers in the region to assist with sourcing activities
+ Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft office
+ Able to handle and process large amount of data accurately
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of both verbal and written English
+ Integrity and courage in highlighting issues and concerns
+ Reviewing proposals and being able to articulate better solutions
+ Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Relevant degree holder with minimum 3 years working experience in similar role in an electronic or contract electronics manufacturing environment
+ Experience with MS Teams/ SharePoint and Data Repository systems
+ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
+ Ability to adapt to change
+ Occasional travel may be required
