**EMS Engineer/Analyst** We are seeking an experienced EMS Analyst to join our team for a two-year contract position, focusing on an Oracle NMS project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EMS systems (experience with OSI Monarch is a plus), SCADA, and experience with Oracle databases and/or Oracle systems Key Responsibilities: + Work on the Oracle NMS project, specifically the Oracle Flex SCADA component. + Customize and configure the Oracle Flex SCADA module to meet project needs. + Integrate the SCADA system with the existing OSI EMS system. + Define and manage data points for SCADA and EMS integration. + Ensure synchronization of data using ICCP protocol. + Work with various RTU protocols, primarily DNP3. + Collaborate closely with Oracle project managers and distribution management system teams. Required Qualifications: + Experience SCADA. + Experience with EMS system (experience with OSI Monarch is a plus). + Familiarity with DNP3 (over serial or IP) and ICCP protocols. + Experience with Oracle systems and databases to populate, manipulate, and synchronize data. + Knowledge of Oracle’s utility suite of products is highly desirable. + Proficiency in PL/SQL and scripting languages such as Python and shell scripting.
