EHS / PSM Management
- Compliance follow-up
- Incident Management: investigation, coordination and reporting.
- Intern audit Management (Safety, Health, PSM, ISO 14001): planning, performing & follow-up
- Training Management (training Matrix, training creation, train people...)
- Arbeitsschutzausschuss (ASA) Sitzung coordination
- Supporting, advising leadership team and employees on EHS topics
- EHS improvement plan at workplace
- People Management : Environmental Specialist

- PSM Element Leader: Process Safety Management coordination and reporting.

- EHS-PSM contact to corporate level

- Support Emergeny Response Management

- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD)

- Member of the company’s SHE network

 SAFETY
- Sicherheitsfachkraft activities/SIFA
- Dupont Safety culture and standards implementation, coordination and review.

- Process owner of people safety standards.

- CORITY EHS database administrator for the site.
- risk assessment at workplaces coordination, support and review.

- PPE program and improvement.
- Chemical Management & storage and site REACH coordinator

HEALTH
- Responsible for Occupational Hygiene program & actions follow-up (monitoring plan management, support and coordination by monitoring, OH program development)

- CORTIY IH database administrator for the site.
- Coordination with plant physician

- Improvement health program at workplaces
- Mental health risk assessment follow-up and review

Due to the versatility of this position, the range of tasks can also be expanded or changed if necessary.

The job holder carries out his work in accordance with the company's guidelines and in compliance with high quality, safety and environmental standards, thereby making a significant contribution to the achievement of the team's goals and the company's 100% delivery reliability.

Technical qualifications:

Root Cause AnalysisIntern auditor is recommendedExperience in Occupational Hygiene and in Process Safety is recommendedExperience in production area.Experience in Occupational Safety / Safety ManagementSuccessful completion of SHE related trainings

Personal competence:

Knowledge of EHS legal requirements, procedures and practicesOrganizational and communication skillsSolution and teamwork orientedCapability to engage people in safety cultureBusiness fluency in German and English language skills

Educational qualification:

Sicherheitsfachkraft certificateDegree in chemistry, engineering or equivalent
