EHS Manager

We are looking forward to an **EHS Manager** in **Jining, Shandong.** In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **What you’ll do:** + Provide technical knowledge and support to the factory to ensure that the plant is continuously operated in an environmentally safe manner with the compliance of Eaton MESH system & local EHS Legal requirements. + Lead EHS team to continuously improve EHS system and contact window with JN Campus and HQ EHS function team. + Compiles, updates, timely interprets & monitors all EHS regulations in daily practices to ensure site compliance with local EHS Legal requirements. + Ensure that process needed for ISO14001 & ISO45001 systems are implemented and maintained. + Lead Out audit. + Implements & continuously improves EHS policies and procedures to meet MESH guidelines with Factory leadership team & MESH committee support. + Reports on the performance of MESH System to top management for review and as a basis for improvement through MESH suite system & factory KPI report update + Aligns factory EHS goal setting with corporate EHS goals and strive for the accomplishment + Effectively communicates EHS programs and Policies to management team and employees. + Researches, designs, implements and conducts EHS training for EHS programs. + Communicates with HR to arrange related employees to attend mandatory training held by government. + Conducts evaluations of EHS related risk at the site level, identify specific issues and facilitate actions that address those issues. + Evaluates and determines the appropriate equipment/PPE for personnel protection, emissions abatement, water quality and property protection. + Communicates related EHS issues with local authority departments and keep proper record. + Strictly follows EHS incident report procedure to corporate/legal department & maintains corporate MESH data collection system + Drives nature resource conservation for continuous improvement + Schedule & follow up for regular factory 5S & safety inspection & action required Job + Assist to EHS training to employee and ensuring the promotion of awareness and capability of customer requirements through system, flow and fit training. + Develop and implement EHS policies and management system in Plants. + Manage all aspects of EHS incidents from reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, recommendation of change and implementation of change. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science / Engineering or Occupational Safety and Health. + At least 10 years professional EHS experience preferably with Multi-national companies with proper EHS Management system (e.g. ISO45001/ISO 14001) in place. + National Registered Safety Engineer is preferred. + Excellent oral & written English. + Good skills in Microsoft office tools, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. **Yes!
