We’re looking for a **EHS-ESG Senior IT Analyst** to support and enhance our global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values collaboration across teams and borders.
As a key member of our global EHS/ESG team, you’ll administer and monitor a suite of EHS and ESG applications used worldwide. You'll support daily operations and take the lead on projects such as system upgrades, configuration, user training, and post-implementation support. You’ll work closely with global leaders, end-users, and vendors to ensure our systems run smoothly and continue to meet evolving business needs.
This job is based in **Cluj-Napoca, Romania.**
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of **working hybrid.**
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
• Act as the go-to technical expert for EHS compliance tools.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support to users.
• Manage and maintain the Velocity EHS environment and other EHS platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement configuration changes, and conduct testing across development, staging, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage incident tickets in line with SLA commitments.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including user management, password resets, disaster recovery testing, and server patching.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS/ESG system training across global teams.
• Develop and maintain internal training materials and user reference guides.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support change management efforts.
• Apply project management principles when leading or participating in system-related projects.
**For This Role You Will Need:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health & Safety, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting EHS or ESG programs and applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with software related to EHS/ESG (e.g., VelocityEHS, sustainability reporting tools).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Prior experience working with global teams and external technology vendors.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
• Experience in process improvement.
• Proficiency in additional languages to support global collaboration.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks related to EHS or ESG.
• Prior involvement in EHS/ESG system implementations or global rollouts.
