Responsibilities:
* Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements;
* Provide documentation of business processes and stories;
* Solution design based on requirement and lead the implementation with our developers;
* Configure new entities, forms, security roles and process (business rule, workflows etc.);
* Test scripts creation, test steps execution;
* Training document preparation, delivery of on-site and virtual training sessions;
* Data mapping for migration and integration activities;
* Daily system support for business users after project/enhancement go-live;
* Support other work related Dynamics 365 platform enhancements;
Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Analyst/Consultant
* Bachelor's or above degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field;
* Ability to map and document business process and process improvement;
* Basic Dynamics CRM knowledge like entity, form, process (business rules, workflows etc.);
* Experience on solutions that involve Dynamics CRM customization (on-premise or on-line);
* Excellent verbal and written communication with English;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Be a good team player and adapt to a global work environment;
* Self-motivated with a desire to continue to learn new and market leading technologies;
Preferred Competencies:
* Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365
* .Net programing experience;
