The Drug Delivery Formulation Co-Op will assist the lab team in the identification of novel stabilizers and ionizable lipids for next generation genomic medicine applications. You will support the team in delivering high quality novel lipids for internal and external project needs. This position is part of the R&D Delivery team and will be an on-site co-op term from September 1, 2025 - May 1, 2026. What you will do: + Support development of RNA lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations, manufacturing processes at small and medium scales, and analytical methods for drug substance and drug product. + Contribute to cell/tissue culture work and running bioassays, e.g. flow cytometry, ELISA, Western blotting etc. + Assist in the day-to-day management of the lab and perform other duties as assigned Who you are: + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Chemistry, Biochemistry or any other Life Sciences discipline. + Working knowledge of microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western blotting The annual salary range for the role is 40,000-50,000 CAD / year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
