Danfoss is looking for a Controller who is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing financial and operational performance across the organization. This role involves providing critical insights, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and supporting efficiency improvements.
Job ResponsibilitiesDelegation of Power (DoP)
• Admistration of day-to-day DoP process for Semikron Danfoss
• Communication and support for good understanding to ensure complianed behavior as per DoP guidances
• Develop “detective” control report & follow-up
Fixed Expenses and Headcount Controlling Facilitator
• Prepare fixed expense and headcount development reports
• Assist in Annual Target upload template generation and conduct User training with Target group
• Administration of Cost Center Mapping and Hierarchy maintenance
• Variance Analysis and follow-up on incorrect posting for rectification
Lastly, you will represent finance in projects such as new product developments or productivity improvements.
