What You'll Do:

As a Domestic Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, playing a critical role in Lubrizol’s supply chain and production management. The Domestic Customer Service Supervisor, LZA (Lubrizol Additives) North America, will be accountable for managing a team for LZA North American Domestic Customer Service to optimally complete the answer-order process, safely meet or exceed customer expectations on quality and service, achieve short and mid-term operating targets, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Domestic Customer Experience processes while minimizing costs.

 

What We're Looking For:

Performance-Driven Attitude: Manage a team for LZA (Lubrizol Additives) NA (North America) Domestic Customer Service based in Deer Park, TX, ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance targets and customer expectations. Team Management and Leadership: Function as the direct backup for other Supervisors within NA Customer Service. Coach and develop team members and other supply chain areas to achieve mutual success and efficiency for the wider Supply Chain organization. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Planning teams regarding material availability and full management of the answer-order process. Business Acumen: Provide quick and effective responses to requests and feedback from internal and external customers. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring alignment with Lubrizol’s strategic goals. Manage escalation, issue resolution, and reporting. Collaborate with counterparts in the Lubrizol Global Customer Experience Center of Excellence and other supply regions regarding processes, standardizations, and best practices. Engage in customer activities as necessary to support the Sales organization. Provide leadership to strengthen Lubrizol’s value proposition through improved handling of customer needs. Participate in customer visits with commercial colleagues when needed.

 

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

Education and Experience: Degree in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Business) or 10 years equivalent experience in Customer Service, Customer Assistance, Supply Chain, or Sales. Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement and optimization of processes. Logistics Knowledge: Proven knowledge in performing logistics activities. Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience with demonstrated coaching capabilities. Product Knowledge: Knowledge of LZA product portfolio, applications, and technology. Customer Engagement: Experience directly engaging with customers. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA, SAP Analytics, SAP Business Objects and/or Analysis, Microsoft Power BI, and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
