As a DNA Deposit Business Systems Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic software development team dedicated to enhancing our core banking software (DNA™) for our Credit Union and Bank clients. You will collaborate with the team to create custom add-ons and integrate ancillary banking software products with our core system. Your responsibilities will involve direct interaction with clients and the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.
What you will do:
Collaborate with Financial Institution clients to define and document software requirementsAssist in diagnosing and troubleshooting software-related issuesWork with various teams to implement requested changes and customizationsCreate detailed business requirements documentation and programming specificationsAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor during the development phaseVerify software functionality through testing and validationSupport clients with software installation and configuration queriesContribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and documentation enhancementsUtilize retail banking background to assist Financial Institutions in formalizing business requirementsWhat You Will Need To Have:
Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience5+ years of experience in Retail Banking and/or Credit Union industriesFamiliarity with the Fiserv DNA core banking system is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in software testing, validation, and problem research methodsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong multitasking skills and detail-oriented approachInnovative mindset to address new programming challengesWorking knowledge of consumer banking deposit operations including ACH, In-clearing, Deposit Interest Posting, and Calculation MethodsWhat Would Be Great To Have:
Knowledge of account/product design and Graphical User Interface principlesUnderstanding of SQL and experience with creating SQL queriesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
