Title: Discipline Manager - Structures & Buildings Are you a Principal or Senior Engineer ready to lead a passionate team, deliver meaningful infrastructure projects, and leave a lasting impact on WA’s built environment? We’re growing, and so is our Perth Engineering & Professional Services Team. We’re looking for a Discipline Manager – Structures & Buildings who’s excited to guide and grow a talented team, engage in hands-on technical leadership, and contribute to projects that span the defence, buildings, industrial, transport and civil infrastructure sectors, as well as increasing KBRs presence in the WA buildings market. Position Overview: You’ll be at the heart of a high-performing, collaborative team, mentoring future leaders, shaping technical excellence, and directly influencing outcomes across iconic projects. Skills & Experience Required: + A degree in Structural Engineering, or a Building Services Engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded. + 15+ years of consulting/design experience. + A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving. + Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status (or ability to attain within 6 months). + Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects. + Technical expertise in buildings and infrastructure, complemented by a well-connected business network in WA to help strengthen and grow our local capability. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
