The Value Management Leader (VML) is responsible for oversight of all external service providers by establishing value management processes, monitoring performance and business case, ensuring compliance, and driving transformation. This role focuses on vendor governance, performance metrics, and strategic alignment with business objectives, and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement across all vendor engagements. The VML oversees the overarching business case for outsourcing partnerships, ensuring cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustained value delivery.
