This position will ensure the successful delivery of Scope 3 climate targets by aligning Business Units, Science & Research, Procurement and cross-functional teams on emissions reduction initiatives. Working closely with the Group Sustainability Climate team, Business Units, and S&R, the Director PMO Scope 3 delivery will lead the development of roadmaps, prioritize impactful projects, secure alignment on Opex/Capex, and ensure Climate Scope 3 is integrated into key business decisions. Through industry coalitions and supplier collaborations, the Director PMO Delivery office will accelerate progress toward Scope 3 reductions, on behalf the Business Units and in collaboration with Group Sustainability and all key Business Partners.

**Your key responsibilities:**
Delivery Scope 3 Climate Targets – Project Management Office
+ Collaborating with all Business Units (BUs) of the group to ensure the successful delivery of Scope 3 climate targets. Work in close relationship with Group Sustainability.
+ Engaging in high-level discussions with executives, including BU Presidents as well as BU experts on Sustainability / LCAs.
+ Managing and coordinating the delivery of Scope 3 emissions reduction projects across various Business Partners (Procurement, Research, Operations, Sustainability) facilitating collaboration at all levels, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
Emission Reduction Roadmaps:
+ Leading the development and consolidation of emission reduction roadmaps to achieve the Scope 3 targets.
+ Ensuring these roadmaps are aligned with the overall company strategy for reducing Scope 3 emissions. Prioritize (timing, go/no-go) scope 3 projects by effectiveness, implement Procurement scope 3 projects and report realized reductions
Securing Alignment for Opex/Capex:
+ Gaining alignment from Business Units (BUs) and Business Partners (BPs) on the plans, which will also include (Opex / (Capex)
Stakeholders’ engagements: represent the group in peer learning sessions, industry coalitions (E.g. together for sustainability) Customers and suppliers meetings

**You bring:**
+ Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as: Finance, Economics, Engineering (preferably with a focus on environmental, energy, or sustainability-related engineering)
+ Experience Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically in leading large transformation initiatives. Ideally, experience in: Sustainability, Procurement; Data and Technology
+ Project Management and Execution experience: PMO Leadership; Roadmap Development and Implementation, Risk Management.
+ Strategic Thinking and Leadership
+ Transformation: Innovative Thinking/ Problem-Solution
