We are seeking a passionate Director of Rooms to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You’ will lead the overall vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division. You will be responsible for delivering a transformative guest experience rooted in exceptional service and personalized attention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all guest-facing operations to ensure seamless, personalized service that exceeds expectations, aligning with Rosewood’s commitment to refined hospitality.Manage and mentor the Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Monitor guest feedback through reviews, surveys, and direct interactions, addressing concerns promptly and implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize room operations, ensuring timely check-ins, pristine accommodations, and responsive guest services.Prepare and manage the Rooms Division budget, optimizing resources while maintaining luxury standards and controlling operational costs.Work closely with other departments, such as Engineering and Food & Beverage, to ensure cohesive operations and a unified guest experience.
