Within MMC, the Corporate Information Solution (CIS) department is a group of Finance, HR, Marketing & Communication and IT professionals who focus on delivering optimal, secure, highly available and cost-effective technical solutions to our stakeholders across the corporate functions.

We are seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai/Pune office:


Technology Delivery Leader

What can you expect?

Overall 15 - 18 years of experience in IT

5 plus years' experience as a project manager / Delivery Manager including client facing project management, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations

Solid project management experience in application support and maintenance projects.

Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams and communicating with Stakeholders

Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.

Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual teams.

Prior experience with the launch and operation of a highly available, high traffic internet or mobile service.

Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems.

Understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies. Practical experience in managing agile development projects a plus.

Excellent understanding of SDLC software development, AGILE methodologies

Good understanding of DevOps tools and practices

Lead and build a team of consultants, architects and project managers.

Responsible for thought and delivery leadership.

Owns strategy and roadmap with business stakeholders.

Create Governance framework and share regular updates with management

Lead team to ensure adequate account coverage through team schedules and back-ups.

Responsible for innovating and delivering the projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality and displaying value to the Customer.

Must demonstrate a sense of ownership to plan, execute and drive the Delivery excellence and Customer success through collaborative environment.

Responsible for coaching and developing staff to meet or exceed project expectations.

Mentor and nurture team towards delivery excellence, technology, customer success, process improvements and collaboration.

Leads and motivates the teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.

Drive efficiency, productivity from the team, new approaches, and critical thinking for Customer success.

Coach and mentor team with customer critical issues and non-engagement; assist in problem evaluation and resolution.

Handle Customer critical issues resolving the problem and/or dealing with the customer.

Manage Customer escalations, layout effective remediation plan to address the issues

Prepare and execute the action plan(s) to address identified issues from customer satisfaction surveys.

Assist with quarterly business review preparation and reports.

Define and implement processes across multiple projects which help in streamlining the functioning of the project

Ensure dissemination of process, policies, performance and quality expectations

Collaborate with cross-functional business on various organization level initiatives.

Excellent decision-making, communication and collaboration skills.

Able to fit in well within an informal rapid innovation environment and to provide hands-on management

What you need to have: 

15+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in managing delivery with a hands-on full-stack developer experience.

Experience on MEAN/MERN stack development

Experience of cloud platforms

Must be a strong people manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing a team of 25-30 team members or more.

Experienced in managing customer escalations and layout effective get-well plan to retain customers.

Experienced in managing and expanding a high-performance team including - hiring, mentoring and retaining key talent.
