Director, Technical Consumer Research Content Creator Educator

As a **Director, Technical Consumer Research Content Creator & Educator** you will lead the creation and development of methodology training materials and data-driven content to enable best-in-class consumer research across our categories and Operating Units (OUs). Your role will ensure the organization and accessibility of our global TCR master content library, while maintaining standardization, harmonization, appropriate risk management, safety, and compliance.
**What You'll Do for Us:**
+ Use smart tools, video scripts, and white papers to build data-driven content such as infographics, charts, and visuals for training global TCR on consumer content.
+ Manage and organize the global TCR master content library, including a Playbook, ensuring it is up-to-date, organized, and accessible. Define, refine, and uphold our content selection criteria.
+ Develop and refine research methodology content, using storytelling tools to teach and train the global TCR community on SME content relevant to the role and responsibility of TCR at all levels.
**Competencies:**
+ High level of understanding of TCR Consumer Science methodologies and applied statistics.
+ Creative, analytical, detailed, futurist, visualizer, and opportunist in nature.
+ Strong leadership and upward influence; entrepreneurial mindset.
+ Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills for collaborative work with technical and business teams.
+ Ability to work independently in a rapid Flavor Manufacturing Consumer Goods (FMCG) company and academic environment, understanding risk management and pivoting as needed.
+ Exceptional writing skills.
**Experience & Qualifications:**
+ BSc or PhD in Food Science, Psychology, or a similar discipline, including applied statistics and creative storytelling.
+ Proven research and content creation expertise; background in journalism, writing, or content creation is preferred.
+ Industry experience from multiple FMCG Food & Beverage companies in a Consumer Science function.
+ Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Consumer Methodologies.

Pay Range:$149,000 - $173,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
