In this critical role, you’ll turn vision into action—driving innovative, scalable solutions that shape the future of sustainable materials in our industry!
**Core Responsibilities**
**Team Leadership:** Inspire, build and lead a team of a department manager, project managers and administrative staff to deliver on the sustainable materials roadmap and sustainability goals.
**Roadmap Ownership:** Own and evolve the sustainable materials roadmap, balancing CO₂ impact, cost, and manufacturing complexity. Lead the annual review process, executive reporting, and critical metric tracking.
**Roadmap Deployment:** Translate strategy into clear, prioritized initiatives. Drive execution across all SMP projects, from concept to launch, while identifying and managing risks.
**Governance & Decision-Making:** Establish strong governance frameworks. Deliver clear, data-driven materials for executive decision-making and ensure alignment across the program.
**Stakeholder & Change Management:** Lead change and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure consensus and successful adoption.
**Communications:** Act as the SMP’s primary spokesperson. Partner with Corporate Communications to deliver clear, consistent messages internally and externally.
**Multi-functional Collaboration:** Forge positive relationships with Sustainability, Engineering, Quality, and Product teams to accelerate progress toward our sustainability agenda.

In the Engineering & Quality Strategic Projects & Portfolio management team we lead a large and diverse portfolio of strategic, multi-functional projects, programs and portfolio ́s centered around sustainability and new technology development.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven experience in project and program management, with a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
+ Inclusive and empowering leadership style, with a commitment to developing and supporting diverse, high-performing teams.
+ Excellent relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate effectively across all levels and functions.
+ Skilled at translating strategy into actionable plans and driving successful implementation.
+ Exceptional communication skills and clearly convey complex concepts to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders.
+ Highly organized and adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities and drive progress in a fast-paced setting.
+ Solid understanding of sustainability principles, with the ability to assess key dimensions and uncover meaningful insights and interconnections.
