Director, Frontline Marketing - Thailand & Laos

We are recruiting a Director, Frontline Marketing for Thailand & Laos to be a core part of our local Frontline Marketing team. As the Director, Frontline Marketing, you'll work to lead alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including innovation projects and marketing platforms) in partnership with Commercial and Franchise Leadership colleagues.  **Focus, Scope, & Impact:** + **Provide strategic and executional / region (Thailand & Laos) specific input** to regional category teams on region-and Market-level portfolio strategy, regional/local brand development, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution of allocated budgets) and local innovation opportunities. + **Lead bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans** in partnership with Frontline Commercial team and Franchise Leadership. + **Lead the liaison with regional category teams** on behalf of your region, providing input to ensure multi-country brand programs, innovation projects and the overall brand strategy meet local needs. + **Oversee a team of employees and contingent workers** , carrying out duties through your team (including situational coaching and talent development) and individually; and interact regularly with regional Marketing Lead and broader marketing team.  + Input into End-2-End consumer & shopper engagement strategy and Identify region specific engagement opportunities. + Oversee localization and real-time amplification of integrated marketing experience platforms within the region + Oversee transcreation of all marketing assets and program amplification at the local level, including Point-of-Sales (POS) activations & promos, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)/Influencers management and digital, retail and experiential marketing including events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottlers ensuring the right implementation of projects. + Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers.  **Education Requirements:** + Min 10+ years of experience in brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods, beverage experience ideal. **Related Work Experience:** + Proven experience in relationship management, brand development, strategic planning and execution, management of marketing communications, segmentation, project management and research. + Experience developing and managing budgets. + Senior level experience in a complex organization + People management experience **Functional Skills:** + Marketing Strategy & activation/execution + Business, commercial and financial acumen + High level of understanding of media planning & effectiveness **Skills:** Results-Oriented; Leadership; Sales Process; Account Management; Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Sales Management; Marketing; Pitch Presentations; Consultative Sales Management; Business Insights; Sales Forecasting; Communication; National Account Sales; Customer Service Management; Decision Making; Business Development; Negotiation Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
