Establishes and grows customer relationships across all digital channels, by designing and implementing digital/internet marketing approaches including:
•Developing and maintaining internet/digital marketing content, websites and web applications
•Interfaces with non-technical user functions, including merchandising, marketing, and creative teams developing and executing an integrated customer strategy across all digital channels
•Developing or publishing useful web content (training/reference materials, etc.) on company websites
•Enhances site performance metrics through web analytics and develops a content and segmentation recommendations to drive business growth

 

A recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: • Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. • Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. • Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
