Role summary:
The Digital Trade Marketing Executive's purpose is to strategically manage communication, activation, and engagement for the Company’s Swedish trade partners through the Digital Trade portal (OPEN) and its loyalty programs. The role focuses on driving awareness, engagement and sales, using loyalty programs pay for performance models. It involves collaboration across teams, using data insights, and ensuring the optimal functioning of the Digital Trade portal to elevate trade marketing effectiveness and contribute to the company´s overall success in the Swedish market.
Please note that this is a temporary role until May 2026.
Main responsibilities:
· Leading the development of our Loyalty programs, handle third party agencies in developing new concepts and communication related to programs.
· Effectively handle digital operations related to loyalty programs, rewards redemption and other digital activities.
· Collaboration with cross-functional teams, participate in commercial projects, and provide support for channel specific initiatives.
· Develop and engage customers through CRM activities to enhance customer relationships and support the Field Sales Force (FSF).
· Budget responsibility and financial follow-up for platform initiatives.
· Create and share activity reports to relevant stakeholders, following-up on KPIs on digital campaigns.
Who you are
· University degree in marketing, business economics or similar
· 3-5 years of experience from commercial roles, loyalty programs, content management or similar. A background in FMCG and an international environment is plus.
· Project management: You can take ownership of projects and drive execution from start to finish.
· Time management: You have excellent time-management skills and can work on multiple projects simultaneously
· You are proficient and creative in handling digital assets (website copy/images/graphics, promotional materials, banners, etc).
· Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
· You are phenomenal at communicating with multiple collaborators and able to manage opposing views.
· You present your ideas and campaigns in a clear and understandable way, both verbally and through presentations.
