Key Responsibilities: + Architect full-stack custom solutions tailored to client-specific functional and non-functional requirements. + Lead technology selection, design patterns, coding frameworks, and architectural standards across diverse stacks (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, Python, React/Angular, mobile frameworks). + Implement and oversee DevOps pipelines including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, test automation, and containerization. + Guide developers, testers, and SREs on coding best practices, secure development, and performance optimization. + Collaborate with product owners and enterprise architects to align tech design with business objectives. + Mentor development teams and conduct code/architecture reviews to uphold delivery excellence. Required Skills: + Deep hands-on expertise in at least two enterprise-grade programming stacks (e.g., Java/Spring, .NET Core, Python, Node.js). + Experience designing and deploying on public and hybrid cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). + Proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes. + Understanding of modern architecture patterns: microservices, event-driven, serverless. + Expertise in technical solutions writing and presenting using tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio etc. + High level of executive presence to be able to articulate the solutions to CXO level executives Preferred Qualifications: + Strong grounding in Agile methodologies, secure coding, and test-driven development. + Certifications in cloud development and DevOps toolchains. + Exposure to AI/ML or IoT integration is a plus.
