Key Responsibilities:

Architect full-stack custom solutions tailored to client-specific functional and non-functional requirements. Lead technology selection, design patterns, coding frameworks, and architectural standards across diverse stacks (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, Python, React/Angular, mobile frameworks). Implement and oversee DevOps pipelines including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, test automation, and containerization. Guide developers, testers, and SREs on coding best practices, secure development, and performance optimization. Collaborate with product owners and enterprise architects to align tech design with business objectives. Mentor development teams and conduct code/architecture reviews to uphold delivery excellence.

Required Skills:

Deep hands-on expertise in at least two enterprise-grade programming stacks (e.g., Java/Spring, .NET Core, Python, Node.js). Experience designing and deploying on public and hybrid cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes. Understanding of modern architecture patterns: microservices, event-driven, serverless. Expertise in technical solutions writing and presenting using tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio etc. High level of executive presence to be able to articulate the solutions to CXO level executives

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong grounding in Agile methodologies, secure coding, and test-driven development. Certifications in cloud development and DevOps toolchains. Exposure to AI/ML or IoT integration is a plus.
