Key Responsibilities: + Architect modern front-end and backend systems for high-performance digital applications. + Champion user experience, responsive design, and personalization. + Integrate digital apps with enterprise systems, content platforms, and analytics tools. + Oversee architecture for E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Commerce Cloud, etc.). Required Skills: + Experience in designing web/mobile applications and CX platforms. + Proficiency in front-end frameworks, headless CMS, and digital integration techniques. + Strong UX/UI orientation with a focus on performance and accessibility. + Exposure to personalization, analytics, and digital marketing tech stacks. + Must have 8+ years of solutions architecure and presales experience + Expertise in technical solutions writing and presenting using tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio etc. + High level of executive presence to be able to articulate the solutions to CXO level executives.
