Key Responsibilities:

Design solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. Lead application monitoring, observability, and AIOps practices. Establish testing strategies (automation, performance, security). Drive DevOps, SRE, and incident management best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with observability stacks (New Relic, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.). Expertise in performance engineering, quality assurance, and application support. Familiarity with AIOps, SRE, and proactive incident response models. Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native monitoring and CI/CD pipelines. Must have 8+ years of solutions architecure and presales experience Expertise in technical solutions writing and presenting using tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio etc. High level of executive presence to be able to articulate the solutions to CXO level executives.
