This Software Sales Representative will support the Cordant Solutions growth strategy for our Cordant Software platform, covering Health, Strategy, and Defect Elimination solutions. You will be accountable for strategy development, sales, and activation of mapped customer accounts. You will engage with key leadership and customers to provide them with solutions that leverage the SaaS model.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Cordant Solutions portfolio.Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.Developing, owning and drive strategic account plans for named key accounts.Introducing technical sales representative and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenanceSupporting regional software sales leader with developing and executing sales strategies relevant to the marketWorking with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 3-7 years of software sales experience selling SaaS solutions to industrial customers.Have prior success with Asset Performance Management, Machine Condition monitoring or a similar type of software salesPossess knowledge of financial, competitor, regulatory environment within various manufacturing industriesExperience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure and managementAble to travel as needed throughout territoryCompensation will be on 50/50 software sales planWorking with us
