Job Title: Digital Media Operations Specialist

Department: Marketing

Reporting Channel: Reports to Manager – Digital, Marketing

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for operations of Data Driven Marketing (DDM) ecosystem, acquisition, segmentation and leveraging of consumer data, supporting performance marketing and digital media operations.

Data Driven Marketing

Run end to end process of all DDM platforms – Gigya, Dataiku, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Campaign Wizard, Wrike, Accutics, Supra - for acquisition, segmentation and remarketing – as only Unilever employee is allowed to manage consumer data. Manage insight platform to create audience segments which align with our data strategy and JTBDs to drive a single view of our consumers across the funnel. Champion DDM marketing and DDM based personalised content to drive better digital performance across brands and categories Govern brands to collect and use rich, relevant and legally compliant data for marketing purposes. Work as the bridge between brands, IT and legal teams for data related risk identification and mitigation and regularly connect with local & global data governance teams. Provide guidance and insights to teams on the best use of data to drive relevance, growth and getting a high return on investment. Support the execution of tech based digital experiments

Performance Marketing

Support the execution of performance marketing campaigns Work closely with e-commerce partners using analytics to generate new campaigns and content Ensure right execution of landing page and creative to the right campaign Generate reports with business teams on performance marketing.

Digital Media Operations

Work with media agencies and partners to ensure all operations are followed with compliance. Ensure timely contract compliance and payment of all digital marketing partners Support the media and brand team for completion of brief, creative testing and execution of experiments. Support the media team with partnership or sponsorship opportunities.

Skills Required:

Digital Media Buying on Google, Meta and/or TikTokAdvanced MS ExcelSQL, Power BI and/or Data Science StudioAbility to self-learn from onlineAbility to connect with global teams

Experience Required:

2+ years working in an established media agency/digital media function
