Job Description

Reporting to the Client Management, Senior Director, the Account Director's primary responsibility will be to build relationships with agency client and partners by encouraging an environment for delivering a thoughtful and creative product. You will oversee the smooth delivery of Performance Marketing platforms and implementation, while focusing on individual business acumen, mentorship and the growth of their assignments. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Responsibilities:

Lead on multiple the most complex and important client(s) accounts (international, cross capability, or large group client) and collaborates with others to create client relationships expressed in NPS scores of C Suite client contacts.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for our most complex clients.Lead complex and strategically important renewal efforts.Develop well-articulated Strategic briefs that inspire effective approaches to solving client business problems and lead the team to deliver the goals of the brief.Provide oversight of the current client remit whilst guiding growth activity through documented Account Growth Plans that lead to account growth.Manage commercial targets, ensure client projects are resourced to deliver successful outcomes, and work with Client Management VPs to problem-solve any gaps.Fluent in all Fundamental Tools. Identify and close any gaps where we are not meeting our standards for great Client Management on a client, Hub or across their network.Lead and facilitate revenue growth of a Hub.Mentor clients and people by earning trust, delegating and providing valued expertise.Support the Product Team in the creation, delivery, and advocacy of new products.Supports more junior members of the organization in finding their subject matter expertise.Understand the skill level of the team and work with internal resource teams to ensure all individuals are equipped to manage our client workload they are assigned.

QualificationsExperience as a subject matter expert both internally and externally across multiple Performance Marketing products and verticalsExperience in AAA account management and commercial focus4+ Years of team leadership experience
