**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Developer with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Platform Modernization SAP DWC SAP BW Query Design SAP BW NLS SAP BW Data flows HANA Data Lake SAP HANA Data Provisioning SAP BW Web Reporting SAP BW Data Modeling and SAP BW Admin Workbench. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of platform modernization projects to enhance system efficiency and performance. + Oversee the design and execution of SAP DWC solutions to meet business requirements. + Provide expertise in SAP BW Query Design to optimize data retrieval and reporting processes. + Manage SAP BW NLS to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. + Develop and maintain SAP BW Data flows to support business intelligence and analytics. + Utilize HANA Data Lake for advanced data management and analytics. + Implement SAP HANA Data Provisioning to ensure seamless data integration and availability. + Create and manage SAP BW Web Reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights. + Design and optimize SAP BW Data Models to support business operations and decision-making. + Administer SAP BW systems using the SAP BW Admin Workbench to ensure system stability and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BW and HANA systems. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in Platform Modernization SAP DWC SAP BW Query Design SAP BW NLS SAP BW Data flows HANA Data Lake SAP HANA Data Provisioning SAP BW Web Reporting SAP BW Data Modeling and SAP BW Admin Workbench. + Nice to have experience in Performance Management-Retail domain. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. + Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. **Certifications Required** SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BW/4HANA SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
