The professional will work on highly complex projects, ensuring performance, scalability and alignment with market best practices. Responsibilities: Development on the Salesforce platform: - Creation and maintenance of complex solutions with Apex (triggers, classes, batch, schedulers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and optimized queries with SOQL/SOSL. - Customization of objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules and Process Builder. Process automation: - Implementation of business automations with a focus on performance, cost reduction and adherence to good practices. Systems integration: - Development of integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services and modern architecture standards. Agile Methodologies: - Working in Scrum/Kanban teams, using Visual Studio Code for continuous, quality deliveries. **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Solid experience in Salesforce. - Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and automations (Process Builder, Flows). - Knowledge of integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and security standards. - Experience with Visual Studio Code, Git and CI/CD practices. - Ability to document technical solutions and align business requirements **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Experience with Vlocity Core. - Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder). - Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
