Forvia's VIE Program?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Faurecia Clarion Electronics Europe Division is designing, manufacturing, and selling high technology electronic devices to main European car constructors.
We are looking for you as Deputy Serial Life Program VIE for our plant located in Nagykáta, Hungary (50 km / 45min from Budapest). You would join a plant of around 300 collaborators with 8 VIEs sharing this adventure with you!
Your role and responsibilities?
Main Missions are to support Program Managers in the following activities:
Ensure handover from program to serial lifeTrack post-SOP action plan (incl R&O, issues, changes…)Participate in the change management boardManage customer orders and internal needsTrack planning and its follow up, with special focus on plant-related activitiesTrack activity updates and financial impacts, understand and explain costs deviations (Staffing matrix tracking)Assist when needed in the program review meetings (daily or weekly)Manage plant KPIs and reportEnrich and support Lesson Learned (to be led by quality)Support in software industrialization processSupport the Program Controller in the BP updatesSupport Program documentation collection (Business Plan, Risks & Opportunities analysis, Program Dashboard, PLR (Program Launch Report), Launch Tracking Performance Report, and KPI indicators). Regularly update this documentation and organize to ensure Program continuity and to contribute to knowledge managementManage specific internal topics upon request from the Program Manager (such as sample manufacturing and delivery)
The mission will last 12 months.
