**ABOUT THE ROLE:**
As a CBRE's representative, you will be responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of large commercial, retail real estate properties for clients.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of Industrial, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate system involving tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments
+ Assistswith or manages localA & T Retail transactionimplementation (process standardization).
+ Facilitates closeout process including hand off to lease administration team.
+ Provides transactional financial analysis support to theA & T Retail transactionManagement team, including cash flow analysis.
+ Participates in various real estateA & T Retail transactions including lease negotiation and administration
+ Administers quality assurance program, including customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, andA & T Retail transactionscorecards.
+ Understands how to review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions.
+ Works closely with CBRE and/or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
+ Closely tracks allA & T Retail transactionactivity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepares commission forecasts and vouchers, and accounts for all savings results achieved on behalf of clients.
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Should have an experience ofat least 7-10years in real estate industry.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient,timely,reliableand courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
+ Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
+ Ability tocomprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
+ Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Willing to travel to Tier II/III cities in AP and TS on a frequent basis (even weekly)
+ Preferably hasa knowhow of the various cities/districts in AP and TS
+ Preferably Telugu Speaking
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Provides assistanceand oversight such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers.
May lead project teams and/orplan andsupervise assignments oflower-levelemployees.
