We're looking for a Dealer Administrator to join our team at our Carlisle depot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for organisation, a great eye for detail, and a friendly, positive attitude.

What you will do

As a Dealer Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our busy workshop and dealership operations. Your daily tasks will be varied, and you'll be the go-to person for a range of admin support duties including:

 

Processing and managing vehicle and service documentation Inputting payroll information, reconciling petty cash and general banking duties Supporting service advisors and workshop managers with admin tasks Updating and maintaining records accurately on our systems Communicating with internal teams and external customers with professionalism and care Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations Supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly day-to-day Who are you?

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

Strong administration and organisational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital systems A positive, proactive approach to work ready to help and make improvements where possible A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved  What’s in it for you?
