Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As a Data/Python Developer you will play a key role in developing data-driven applications, managing data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity and accessibility. The impact you will make in this role + Data Applications: Develop data-driven applications using Python. + Dash Apps: Create interactive dashboards and applications using Dash. + Graph Databases: Work with Neptune for graph database management. + Data Processing: Use Databricks for data processing and analytics. + Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and analysts. + Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests. + Documentation: Document technical decisions and approaches. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: + Experience: experience in data development and Python programming. + Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. + Language: Advanced proficiency in English + Advanced Data Processing: Familiarity with advanced data processing and analytics techniques. + Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. + Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. + Continuous Learning: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
