We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to operate and maintain our DAF plant, perform grounds maintenance, and manage waste management on site. The successful candidate will have previous experience operating DAF systems or similar water treatment equipment and possess a strong understanding of water treatment processes.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Operate and monitor DAF systems to treat wastewater according to regulatory standards and company protocols

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of DAF equipment

Adjust chemical treatments and dosages to optimize treatment efficiency and water quality

Maintain accurate records of plant operations, wastewater parameters, and chemical usage

Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing lawns and waste segregation

Liaise with external vendors for arranging pickups

Create, update, and manage work instructions, policies, and procedures

Collect and send weekly samples to the lab

Perform general forklift duties, including moving waste bins and chemical IBCs

About you:

Previous experience operating DAF systems or similar water treatment equipment preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical or vocational training in water treatment or related fields is preferred

Forklift License

Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment

Willingness to work 38 hours per week, with frequent standing, walking, and manual handling tasks
