They will participate in the design and development of a web application to manage the deployment of connected devices (IoT) in the context of distributed energy resource management. **Main Functions:** + Design, develop, and/or implement new features in the web application for managing connected device deployments. + Collaborate with UI/UX designers for visualization tools integrated into the web application. + Test new features, identify risks, and propose alternative solutions. + Assist in fixing existing issues. + Participate in the agile design and development process. **Qualifications:** **Required Qualifications:** + Enrolled in an accredited university in Quebec. + Interest and experience in web development. + Skills with TypeScript/JavaScript, ideally with React. + Reside locally in the Montreal metropolitan area. + Access to transportation to the Brossard office. + Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written). **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with C++, Golang, Linux, and/or Docker. + Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams. + Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). **Work Environment:** The candidate will work in a young, dynamic, and multidisciplinary development team. Development is done under Linux using cutting-edge web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Golang, etc. The candidate will also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with cloud technologies (Docker) and low-level languages (C/C++) through collaboration with teams within the DERMS CoE. Development follows agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban, JIRA). Teleconference tools such as Teams are used for remote collaboration.
