What You'll Do:
This position is accountable for Product Quality (QP) complaints and “Normal technical assistance (NTA)” management in the Americas (North and Latin America) for both Lubrizol Additives and Lubrizol Advanced Materials
What We're Looking For:
Lead a team of CTA (Customer Technical Assistant) Specialist to manage QP complaints and provide NTA (Normal Technical Assistance) for customers in the Americas in a timely and consistent manner.Ensure QP complaints and NTAs are managed in compliance with global standards while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) derived from QP complaint investigations are effectively implemented.
Establish the appropriate frequency for PQCC (Product Quality Complaint Council) meetings for each business unit (BU) based on the number of QP complaints. Ensure that all PQCCs are conducted efficiently with the active participation of all key stakeholders.
Analyze trends in Product Quality complaints and share results with key stakeholders. Drive consensus on action plans for improvement.
Achieve QP KPIs including %QP, Resolution Rate and Average Open Days
Motivate and mentor team members to maintain high engagement levels. Promote the personal development of team members and equip them with the necessary skills and resources to effectively perform their tasks.
Skills That Make a Difference:
Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Science fieldTechnical Skills: Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance/Control, Operations, and Process Engineering preferred Training and experience in Six Sigma and/or other problem-solving methodologies preferred Proficiency in English
Other Experience Preferred 10+ years of working experience in relevant fields within multinational corporations Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams (or people) at the country or regional level Sound judgement and acumen for critical decision-making Self-motivated and proactive in driving for results Authentic leadership style
