ResponsibilitiesManage requests and inquiries from customers related to quotation requests and technical enquiriesGather and synthesize information related to customer files for accurate processingAnalyze information and collaborate with the sales force to determine and implement an appropriate sales strategyCodify customer requests based on analysis and propose items that strictly meet technical specificationsSend price quotes that best meet customer requirementsEnsure traceability and monitoring of processed files to maintain world-class service standardsRequirementsProven experience in customer service or a related fieldMust have a knowledge about our products or previous experiences in a laboratory or pharmaceutical industryStrong analytical skills to assess and implement sales strategies successfullyOutstanding communication skills in both French and EnglishAbility to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goalsDiligent and capable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyJoin us and be part of a team where your contributions truly make a difference.
