Customer Service Specialist

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). You will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products and services. **Required technical and professional expertise** * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred). * Previous customer service experience is a plus (1-2 years preferred). * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively. * Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions. * Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
