Customer Service Spark
**Job Description:** Este perfil será responsable de brindar atención de alta calidad a nuestros clientes (principalmente doctores y clínicas dentales) en relación con nuestros productos de alineadores invisibles. Este rol es clave para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, resolviendo solicitudes y casos de manera eficiente, profesional y empática. **Responsabilidades Principales:** + Atender y dar seguimiento a solicitudes, consultas y reclamos de clientes (doctores) a través de los canales establecidos (correo, teléfono, CRM, etc.). + Gestionar y resolver casos técnicos o administrativos relacionados con los alineadores invisibles Spark. + Documentar adecuadamente cada interacción en los sistemas internos. + Coordinar con otras áreas (producción, logística, ventas, etc.) para asegurar soluciones oportunas. + Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de atención al cliente. + Elaborar reportes periódicos de casos atendidos y métricas de servicio. **Job Requirements:** + Técnico o profesional en áreas como Administración, Servicio al Cliente, Odontología, o carreras afines. + Mínimo 1 a 2 años en roles similares, idealmente en industrias relacionadas con salud, dental, dispositivos médicos o atención técnica especializada. + Dominio intermedio deMicrosoft Excel(manejo de tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas básicas). + Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de casos o CRM (deseable). + Excelentes habilidades decomunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para transmitir información de forma clara, empática y profesional. + Orientación al clientey actitud de servicio, con enfoque en la experiencia del doctor como usuario final. + Capacidad resolutiva, con pensamiento analítico para identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones efectivas. + Manejo de conflictos, con tacto, empatía y firmeza para resolver situaciones complejas o sensibles. + Proactividad y autonomía en la gestión de tareas. + Organización y seguimiento riguroso de casos. + Trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios. + Adaptabilidad a entornos dinámicos y en constante evolución. **Operating Company:** Spark The Spark™ Clear Aligner System is manufactured by Ormco™, a global leader in innovative orthodontics products.
