The Job You Will Perform:
Order Management Coordinating all corrugated purchases / orders from 6 plants to 18 sheds – 50M tons annually Maintains the Delivery Tracker to ensure deliveries are timely Monitor inventory levels to determine when inventory needs to be ordered vs transferred Develop a Cost Decision Matrix to determine where to purchase inventory based on variable contribution, freight, availability, etc. Authority to move inventory between districts as needed Take customer orders either directly from customers, shed supervisor or sales rep/managers Inventory Management Inventory Reserves – aged and obsolete inventory Coordinate with sales managers on manufacturing locations Monthly meetings with all sales reps Assist and be the back-up for Inventory Stock Ups in WITRON Purchased Stock vs Invoiced Tons reconciliation and analysis Monthly Inventory Change analysis to determine composition Supervisory authority over contract shed operational personnel for setting line-ups Price List Management (156 Price Lists, 2000 Items) Build pricelists for each of the 20 Sheds by Customer Maintain pricelists throughout the year for continually changing prices from Sales Reps Review of approved price lists with Sales Manager Field questions and help with quote requests from Sales and Customers Set up New Customers in WITRON and maintain existing customers approximately 65 Customers Assist Centralized Invoicing to resolve billing errors/issues Review Variable Contribution and adjust “Outside Purchase” on Specs when Transfer Pricing changes Create Specs for new items and maintain existing items Work with manufacturing plants and Shed Supervisor Ensure accuracy of Specs in IFreeway Assistance in annual Cost Update TIC management Work with Sales Rep and Customer to review invoices for pricing errors to issue credits as needed Coordinating TICs received from sister plant for defective boxes and reconciling to ensure credit is received in proper accounting period Input and ensure all TICS are resolved through Customer Service Reps in a timely manner approximately 200 annually Process Improvement Work closely with team members, internal departments, customers and sales to identify and implement ways to improve business processes and team’s performance Improve / Implement Customer Service and Commercial processes and reporting
The Skills You Will Bring:
Minimum three (3) years of financial related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four (4) year college degree preferred. Spanish fluency preferred.
