This role acts as the main point of contact between the company and its customers regarding quality-related matters, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Serve as the primary quality liaison between the customer and internal teams. + Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, etc.). + Monitor customer portals and respond to quality alerts and scorecards. + Support PPAP submissions, customer audits, and product launch quality planning (APQP). + Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues. + Track and report customer quality metrics (e.g., PPM, delivery ratings). + Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer claims. + Coordinate containment and rework activities when needed. + Maintain clear documentation of all customer-related quality issues and actions. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
