Customer Marketing Executive

Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® and ZonePerfect® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life. **Primary Function:** + The Customer Marketing Executive is responsible for the execution of trade initiatives in support of the achievement of commercial objectives: successful development and deployment of POSM, promotions, and in-store activations, and relevant analysis to review current initiative effectiveness and identify future opportunities. + A team player, the ideal candidate will work closely with internal trade and marketing teams, and with agency partners, to drive identified outcomes. **Major Responsibilities:** + Support the development of Customer Marketing Strategy to help achieve sales and distribution objectives + Seamlessly implement execution plans based on trade initiatives aligned with brand & retail strategy + Develop promotion strategy with proper action standards and measurement criteria + Support channel strategies by developing relevant and impactful POSM + Support launch of all NPI + Assist in the deployment and management of PG’s and in-Store Activation Teams + Implement category management and retailer-specific initiatives + Track, manage and forecast spend within assigned budgets + Manage and work with agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of POSM, promotions, and activations consistent to aligned brand and retail strategy + Collaborate with the Trade Sales team to flawlessly execute trade initiatives + Ensure brand integrity across business channels, delivery of consistent brand messaging and effective implementation of marketing assets **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree with specialization in Business/Marketing + Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing (customer/trade/brand marketing), within FMCG or Retail industry + Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, decision-making and negotiation skills + Critical thinking, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail + Strategic thinking ability with emphasis on sound tactical decision making + Strong ability to prioritize and manage/lead multiple projects simultaneously + Strong personal leadership, self-starter attitude, and takes initiative + Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers and partners Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
