What You Will Get To Do:

Provide business and technical support for our customers and internal staff on Salentica Engage. Manage support incidents using our in-house software and processes to exceed client expectations and service level agreementsEscalate product issues with development team, account managers, and external support as neededAcquire and maintain on-going knowledge and expertise of Salentica Engage and the Dynamics 365 CRM platformFacilitate creation of knowledge base articles for internal and external consumptionProvide guidance and expertise to clients on industry best practices

What You Will Bring:

Experience with a CRM, specifically Microsoft Dynamics highly desiredPost-secondary degree/diploma in an IT or related field requiredMethodological problem identification and solving skills; ability to assess an issue to provide solutions and recommendationsOutstanding customer service skills; oral, written communication, organization, and time managementSelf-motivator; able to grasp concepts quickly with minimal supervision, take ownership of problems and follow them through to completionExperience in a structured technical support environment preferredMicrosoft Dynamics Certifications and/or Wealth Management experience an asset, but not required2-3 years’ experience in a structured technical support environment preferred.Proven ability of working in a fast-paced customer service/support environmentAmbition and self-motivationDetail oriented and ability to resolve issues for clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in the Financial Services industryAbility to work effectively in a team environment
