**Description and Requirements**
**Employer:** Lenovo Japan, LLC
**Work location:** Akihabara UDX (Tokyo)
**Smoking:** Not allowed in the office, but smoking room is available in 5th floor of Akihabara UDX
**Employment condition:** Permanent Staff ( **Probation period:** 6 months)

**Expected salary:** Depending on the current salary and experience, we would arrange the reasonable salary.
**Overtime allowance:** Applicable
**Working hours:** 9:00-17:45 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))

**■Roles and responsibilities**
Customer Relationship Marketing Communication representative who drives the projects of BtoB marketing infrastructure and communication scheme optimization by utilizing CRM/MA tools to realize Lenovo’s commercial business growth. Also marketing assistance roles are included in this role.
1. Understand Lenovo’s CRM/MA tools such as Marketo and Dynamics etc. Lead the project of customer lead/pipeline nurturing process optimization among company wide.
2. Manage CRM and the projects which cover its Goal, KPI, Process, Timeline, Resources etc. Drive it as project manager.
3. Co-work with internal stakeholders such as segment marketer, communication team, commercial sales, operation, and the counterpart from Asia pacific in timely manner.
4. Involve appropriate external vendor resources and manage it.
5. Give direction to organization as professional of CRM/MA.
6. Analyze the data, understand the customers’ buying behavior, and solve the issues to contribute to sales.
7. Manage leads in D365/ Marketo and import them.
8. Other marketing assistance such as events support of other marketing members

+ Internal: Segment marketer (from Marketing team), Commercial sales, Asia Pacific HQ, Sales operation, eCommerce, Product & Strategy etc.
+ External: Channel Partners, Customers, Creative Agency, Media Agency, Operational Agency, Event Agency

**Must Have – essential**
+ CRM/MA project participation more than 3 years
+ Manage any CRM tools
+ BtoB marketing more than 3 years
+ CRM tool optimization management
+ Native Japanese with daily English conversation skill
+ Documentations (Microsoft Office)
+ Proactive attitude
+ Logical thinking
+ Analytics
+ Multi tasker
