The Credit analyst takes a wide range of responsibilities to maintain collections operations within the Global CRG Credit Control Team. The position will assist in managing an assigned portfolio of Accounts Receivable, prioritizing collection of invoices and identifying / resolving any issues blocking payment, maintaining a shared mailbox and applying client payments. In addition, interact professionally with internal and external customers. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:** + Issues statements to sponsors and proactively chases debt to ensure payments are received within agreed payment terms. + Liaises with external clients as well as cross-departmental colleagues to ensure swift resolution of any client issues or queries raised. + Reconciles accounts receivables, third party balances and statements with payments received to determine cash flow risks and opportunities. + Manages client refunds and credits, statement reviews and credit or cash allocations. + Provides accurate forecasting of third party accounts' receivable cash inflow, and facilitates cross-departmental cash movements in order to achieve days sales oustanding. + Produces monthly accounts receivable balance reporting for senior management and provides general ledger input with ad-hoc auditor requests and assistance as and when required. + Administers purchase order number distribution and maintenance initiatives to improve payment timelines. **Education and experience:** + University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Information Technology or related; + Minimum one year of experience in a finance role preferably in a multinational environment; **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:** + Fluency in English (written and spoken); + Excel literacy; + Detailed-oriented personality with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude; + Handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work; + Service-minded attitude and ability to adapt to changes; + Eagerness to work in a global team supporting various types of activities; **What we offer:** As well as being rewarded a competitive salary, we have an extensive benefits package based around the health and well-being of our employees.
