If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** The Country Counsel will provide overall legal support to the IBM organization in Argentina and Uruguay, including the negotiation of complex transactions with domestic and foreign commercial accounts as well as government clients, for the provision of technology products and services, including consulting and business processes outsourcing, software licensing, cloud and artificial intelligence solutions. Also, this professional will be responsible for the management of HR and Procurement legal matters, litigation, environmental, regulatory and corporate affairs of the IBM’s companies in the countries in scope, reporting to the Spanish South America Regional Counsel. **Required technical and professional expertise** * JD Degree, licensed to practice in Argentina, LLM desirable. This role also considers the provision of legal support for Uruguay and Paraguay. * + 15 years of legal experience in an in-house counsel position or a law firm, with strong knowledge in commercial, corporate, data privacy, public procurement and labor law.
