Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe role of an Internal Communication Apprentice is to implement the Internal Communicatios strategy so that Group values, achievements and strategies are known and understood by every employee.
The main missions of the role are to:
Develop internal communication campaignsCreate Brand CultureDevelopment of communication channels: internal and externalImprove employee experience with Employer Branding and Communication strategyEncourage engagement and motivate employeesBe the ambassador of the company and the brand
The main responsibilities of the role are to:
1- Content Creation and Management: Support in creating internal content (emails, newsletters, intranet posts) and maintaining content calendars for internal communication.
2- Internal Communication Channels and Engagement: Assist in managing internal communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with company values and objectives.
3- Collaboration with HR and Departments: Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to create content that showcases the company as a great place to work, such as testimonials and success stories.
4- Employer Branding and External Communication: Manage the Instagram social media account and create content
5- Supplier and Ambassador Program Management: Contact and manage relationships with suppliers related to the area.
6- Internal Meetings and Presentations: Help organize and coordinate internal meetings or presentations.
Qualifications:
