Pay Rate:

$78,000 – $86,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Flexible - successful candidate should live in central time zone or willing to work primarily central time hours

 

The Job You Will Perform:

This is a contract role that will last at least 6 months, with extensions based on business needs.

 

Identify and source top talent for various, salaried roles for manufacturing support functions Partner and collaborate with hiring leaders and HR in developing and executing recruiting strategies that identify and attract qualified candidates Screen candidates in a consistent, professional and insightful manner that includes detailed feedback Provide consultative, regular feedback with hiring teams and HR in order to demonstrate credibility and create a collaborative relationship Maintain current records of all jobs and candidates in ATS database Develop high-level understanding of International Paper business and offerings Communicate IP’s value in the marketplace as well as relaying detailed job-specific information to prospective candidates Maintain pipeline of targeted skill sets

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

3+ years of recruiting experience within a corporate and/or agency environment Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience using Boolean string searches Required Demonstrated experience in recruiting salaried, manufacturing positions highly preferred Demonstrated success in managing multiple candidates and employees on concurrent complex hiring projects with the ability to effectively prioritize efforts to meet obligations Solid personal leadership and communication skills combined with the ability to build effective relationships across an array of partners

 

Demonstrated ability to source and recruit diverse individuals and effectively position employment brand to attract top talent Ability to consult with hiring managers and HR on the negotiation of compensation packages Ability to develop recruiting techniques and sourcing methods specific to job requirements and position success profiles Proficiency with various contact management or applicant tracking systems, as well as Microsoft Office software products
