Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate PPI(Practical Process Improvement) events to determine and implement improvements to the PPI Business System to ensure flawless execution and drive operational excellence.Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement PPI initiatives and projectsPursue benchmarking activities to identify effective strategies and integrate them into the PPI Business System.Provide training and mentorship to employees on PPI methodologies and tools (5S, GEMBA, process mapping etc.)Facilitate the development of standardized work procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations. Review and update existing procedures as needed to incorporate improvements. Document all lean and continuous improvement activities, including project plans, implementation details, and results.Collect pertinent data on process performance, productivity, and quality. Analyze data to pinpoint trends, areas for enhancement, and potential cost reductions. Help establish and update performance dashboards to monitor important metrics linked to lean and continuous improvement efforts.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PPI standards and identify areas for improvementJob Requirements:
